As standard, the workpieces are polished after chrome plating to achieve the desired surface finish. Belt polishing is a fine form of machining to improve surface roughness. PTFE-containing sealing \/ high-gloss polishing <\/h2> Special process<\/span> <\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

PTFE-containing sealing as a post-treatment is an innovative process by which the microcracks of the hard chrome layer are sealed. This interrupts the formation of individual microcracks. This significantly improves the sliding behavior and corrosion resistance of the hard-chrome plated surface. At the same time, a high-gloss surface is achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
